Ingredients
1/4 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup vegan ranch dressing
4 oz. vegan cream cheese (I used Tofuiti brand)
1/2 cup shredded vegan "chicken" (I used 2 of Quorn brand's chick'n cutlets)
1/4 cup vegan cheddar cheese (I used Daiya brand)
Instructions
preheat oven to 350
put hot sauce, ranch, and cream cheese into a bowl and mix together until there are little to no chunks of the cream cheese
cook the vegan chicken as per instructions, (for the Quorn chick'n cutlets, I added water and microwaved for 1 minute and 15 seconds)
shred/separate the chicken, add to the bowl, and mix into the mixture
add cheese to the mixture and fold in
put "batter" into a baking pan and put into oven
after 15 minutes, add some extra cheese on top while still in the oven
after remaining 10 minutes are finished, remove from oven
pair with pretzels, chips, bread, veggies, etc.
