A delicious recipe for the perfect light and fluffy waffles!

Information
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Yield: 4 waffles
Ingredients
(Dry)
1 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp granulated cane sugar
(Wet)
1 1/4 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk of choosing)
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
(For serving)
non-dairy whipped cream
non-dairy ice cream (I prefer "So Delicious" Vanilla Cashew milk Ice cream)
maple syrup
avocado butter (or other non-dairy butter)
fresh fruit
Instructions
Preheat and grease waffle iron (I used olive oil to grease)
Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together
Add wet ingredients to the bowl one at a time and mix together
Batter should not be thick
Add batter to waffle iron and let cook until golden brown
Repeat until batter is finished
Finish with toppings of choice
