Ingredients
3 blocks of ramen (or equivalent to 3 servings)
5 cups vegetable broth
1 cup tofu
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup greenbeans
1/4 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground pepper
3 Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
put 2 Tbsp of olive oil into a frying pan on medium heat
cut up all vegetables, garlic, and tofu and place into the pan
add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce into pan
cook for about 10 minutes until everything is slightly browned
put vegetable broth into a pot and heat on medium heat until boiling
add ramen noodles into the pot and turn to low heat
once noodles are soft add vegetables and tofu into the pot
add ginger, pepper, and soy sauce into pot and stir
let everything sit in the pot for 2 more minutes on low heat before serving
