Vegan Pita Pizza

Cook time: 10-15 minutes
Yield: 4 pizzas
Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat pita breads 
- pesto/tomato sauce 
- vegan mozzarella cheese 
- mushrooms 
- olives 
- fresh basil 
- garlic powder 
- olive oil 
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 
- place pita breads on a baking sheet 
- spread either tomato sauce or pesto on to each pita 
- sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top 
- add toppings: mushrooms, olives, basil leaves, and garlic powder 
- drizzle olive oil on top 
- place in oven for 10-15 minutes, checking on them periodically
