Ingredients
4 whole wheat pita breads
pesto/tomato sauce
vegan mozzarella cheese
mushrooms
olives
fresh basil
garlic powder
olive oil
Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
place pita breads on a baking sheet
spread either tomato sauce or pesto on to each pita
sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
add toppings: mushrooms, olives, basil leaves, and garlic powder
drizzle olive oil on top
place in oven for 10-15 minutes, checking on them periodically
