Vegan Grilled Cheese Recipe

Yield: 1 sandwich
Ingredients
- whole wheat bread 
- vegan cheddar cheese 
- vegan shredded mozzarella cheese 
- vegan mayonnaise 
- ground pepper 
- garlic powder 
- olive oil 
Instructions
- turn on stovetop to medium heat, place frying pan on stove, and use 1 tsp to oil pan 
- spread mayonnaise on one side of 1 piece of bread and place on pan, mayonnaise side down 
- put 2 slices of cheddar cheese and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the bread on the pan 
- sprinkle some pepper and garlic powder on top of the cheese to taste 
- spread mayonnaise on one side of the remaining piece of bread and put on top of the cheese with mayonnaise side up so that both of the mayonnaise sides are on the outside of the sandwich 
- after about 3 minutes flip the sandwich to the other side and cook until cheese is melted and until the bread is golden brown
